Tobacco starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run tobacco the same way in Luanda: same starter kit, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on tobacco: 13 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco starter kit really costs in Luanda
Tobacco starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Angola.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tobacco in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does tobacco in a starter kit last?
In Luanda we measured 6 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.82 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.82 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
