Mint starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Mint in Luanda: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a starter kit for mint
Mint in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Mint in Luanda reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint starter kit really costs in Luanda
The honest read on mint: 7 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mint in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Angola.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.41 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does mint in a starter kit last?
In Luanda we measured 3 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
